Returns Policy
At Ayr Space, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@ayrspacestives.com so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- gift cards
- sale items, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
- custom or personalised items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
